    Clean with efficient staff. Standard A&W menu which I happen to like. Competitive pricing!

    I was at the park place mall A&W and the girl there was not paying much attention and was not very nice and she ignored me for awhile and it wasn't even busy. She screwed up my order when I clearly told her what it was twice and yes I caught you texting, grow up your the face of A&W. Your supposed to be professional.

    I went here with my family and the cashier violently threw our forks on the tray. When I tried to say something about the rude service she kept her back to us and acted like she could not hear us. She made no eye contact, no smile, and did not greet us at all. Very poor customer service. Once I went to complete the customer service survey at the front, the screen went black like someone turned it off while I did the survey. I will not be bringing my family to this A&W in the future.

    Went there and the employees were talking in the back and I just stood there waiting to see how long it would take for them to come help me. There isn't that much blocking their view to the front and amazingly I still had to call at them to get their attention.
