  However, other than this experience, the other staff are wonderful and always service your vehicle quickly. And the shuttles are great! Though I still believe they deserve one star because I feel taken advantage of as a customer.

  I've had my traction control and ABS "fixed" so "it'll never be a problem again" on three separate occasions (paying around $500 each time), and it still interferes with my driving. Every time I went in to get it fixed, I wanted them to completely disconnect it. But each time the service manager promised me it will work perfectly afterwards and I have yet to see those results. On top of that, I've called in on three separate occasions for copies of the invoices to be sent to me and have yet to receive one. Speaking from a student's budget, not impressed.

  As a working student, I would definitely recommend Davis to friends and family--especially for their service. I recently had an engine problem with my car, and the staff were understanding of my situation and they were excellent at accommodating me and my schedule. Keep up the good work!

  I have always received exceptional service from Davis until recently. We bought a brand new Canyon off of Byron in 2016. Byron’s service, knowledge and professionalism was second to non! So when I was ready to buy a new vehicle recently I went back to see him. Byron was again great to deal with and provided me with several options that would suit my needs and requests.

  I buy a lot of vehicles. I have boughten a vehicle from most of the dealerships at least once in the last 5 years. I went to Davis to look for a vehicle based on previous positive experiences with their service and parts departments. Krysta and Bryce were great to work with and speak to. I was in a vehicle the same day I went in to just look at a vehicle.

  It's obvious why these guys are always voted the best in the business. After years of dealing with shady dealerships, I've finally found one that I can trust and not be scared to buy from.

  I was hugely disappointed with the service from the finance manger and Jody. The credit app they did for me and my co-signer was minimal and I was told that due to my credit and my co-signers debt that they couldn’t get me financing. They only asked a few questions, and did not complete a proper credit app. Jody gave me another vehicle option that was so far beyond financially reasonable, it was a joke. I was able to go to Dunlop Ford and get approved without a co-signer. Just an overall disappointing experience with Davis. They have lost all future business of mine.

  Unfortunately, the used vehicle I bought had some issues. Issues that only show up after driving the vehicle longer than a short test run. All it took was one text, and they were on top of helping me and getting the issue solved. In a couple days, everything was settled and I was a happy guy. Everyone was professional and polite through everything, start to finish. Best yet, I was treated like a person. Every other dealership I've dealt with has treated me like garbage as soon as they got my money. Davis and all the people here treated me with dignity and respect before the sale, during the sale, and AFTER the sale, which is very rare.
