  Repeatedly installed wrong parts. Ended up with a broken headlight, mismatched fender flares, scratched paint due to incorrect fender flare size, missing mudflaps because they forgot about them twice, mismatched color on my body panel rock guard and in the end they told me if I wanted any of that fixed I'd have to go through insurance AGAIN! After repeatedly leaving my truck with them for weeks and weeks they couldn't get it right. Horrible body shop. Do not use these guys.

  I really appreciate the staff here as they are all very friendly and personable. They are very busy so once I had the appointment to get an estimate it took 2 months to get an appointment for the repair. Since my car only had some scratches and small dents I wasn't upset. It was nice (after months of dealing with insurance companies) after the estimate Russ said that everything would be taken care of and all I had to do was show up on the repair date and Carstar would do the rest...and they did! Thanks so much for the excellent service.
