    I have been training (muay thai kick boxing) under Justin for 10 years plus. He operates a clean bright modern gym with amazing personal training and equipment available. Very professional!!! If you are looking for the best trainer and training facility in the city give Justin and his Team a call, I highly recommend them. Barry Peterson, Crowsnest Trail Harley-Davidson.

    The gym has outstanding equipment. It is always clean. The trainers are always on time, organized and professional. It is a pleasure to improve my health at this gym.
